Insurance & Billing

As of December 1st, 2018 we no longer accept accept cash payment. We will continue to accept all major credit cards and checks.

We accept most PPO’s, Medicare, and Brown & Toland HMO’s. Patients are responsible for all co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services. Please contact our office (see below) for questions related to billing and/or benefits.
